Services Provided by Waddington Management
WMS becomes your office and your professional staff in an effective, cost-efficient, manner. Waddington Management Services management services are contracted as a core set of services. As your organization grows and develops, your “virtual office” will adapt to your individualized needs. Using the industry’s best practices in non-profit management, we encourage each organization’s unique and creative programming while assisting our clients in delivering successful programs and services to their members.
A typical client profile includes absence of professional staff, a need for office space and equipment, a desire for administrative support services, and typically limited resources.
The usual duties provided by Waddington Management Services for your association for a full management contract may include, but are not limited to:
Administrative & Secretarial
Waddington Management Services will provide any and all duties, which are necessary for the day-to-day operation of your organization. This includes providing a full time staffed office available for member inquiries regarding your organization.
Board of Directors and Committee Support
And Waddington Management Services will provide support at the Board and Committee Level including:
Waddington Management Services will produce all the necessary paperwork for continuing education credits for each meeting, provide attendance certificates and submit the completed credits to the appropriate entities. We also provide the appropriate record retention as outlined by the individual organizations.
Financial Management and Bookkeeping Services
Waddington Management Services will maintain association financial records, handle all accounts receivable and payable, make any deposits and prepare monthly financial statements and assist in the preparation of an annual budget.
Waddington Management Services may plan any and all organization’s functions, including chapter meetings, board of directors meetings, educational meetings, etc. This includes all aspects of the event, such as choosing menus, providing counts to the facility, ordering A/V equipment, contract negotiation, distribution of meeting evaluation forms, etc. In conjunction with meeting planning, Waddington Management Services will also accept and record meeting registrations for any association function and provide on site registration services for each function. This may include providing name badges, accepting walk-in registrations, receiving registration fees, distributing receipts, etc.
Membership Recruitment and Retention
Waddington Management Services will update and maintain your association's membership databases. This may include distributing prospective member information, processing new member applications and dues, distributing welcome packets to new members, collecting membership dues, following-up on delinquent payments, providing membership reports as needed.
Website Development and Member Communication
Waddington Management Services will continually update and maintain your organization’s website. We can assist with choosing a web developer to create a customized website.
We are contracted with Constant Contact, EventBrite and Survey Monkey to assist with member communication, registration and interaction. We can provide meeting announcements, newsletters, directories, and other necessary publications using these and other publications.
